Seef Lusail is a high profile district of the Lusail Master plan; spread over 52 hectares with entitlements to develop up to 690,010 square meters of commercial, retail, office, entertainment, hospitality and residential property.
The master plan is sub-divided into four sub-zones, each with a different balance of programmes and urban character, thereby becoming destinations in themselves. The identity of each sub-zone helps to clarify and differentiate the positioning of the land uses and reach out to the appropriate target user groups. The zones furthest away from Lusail Towers and Boulevard commercial district have a more relaxed urban character, while the zones adjacent to Lusail Plaza have more commercial activity. The four zones are connected by the LRT, internal open space and circulation network, as well as a vibrant waterfront promenade that islined with commercial activity.
