The main purpose of this exercise was to establish a vibrant park program and to incorporate all the extensive functional requirements of the park into a imageable and cohesive vision for the park.It was therefore necessary to achieve a balance between five major concepts (Nature - Entertainment – Culture – History – Future) that give vitality and effectiveness to the program of the park.
Three thematic axes traverse the park from the south to the north ends, metaphorically linking the heritage areas in the south to the “future” zone in the north. These three axes take the form of pedestrian paths, each assigned with a theme: Body, Mind, Soul.
The Architecture in the park is integrated with nature and allow visitors to interact with the landscape in new ways. Shapes and forms found in nature inspired the way the buildings and gardens were conceived.
